A laid-back Sunday mezze mashup at voluminous heritage space, ChinaHouse. For one evening only, a coterie of chefs will pull their collective and extensive talents to sear, smoke, broil and chargrill a series of mezze dishes.

The star-studded lineup includes Michelin-starred international chefs: Aitor Jeronimo Orive from Basque Kitchen by Aitor and Andrew Martin from lauded modern Thai joint 80:20, along with CC Lee from Penang hot spot Juju Lounge, Tan Hong Tat (aka Wagyu) from our favourite late night supper spot, Communal Table by gēn, Mathijs Nanne, the master of mezze, from Suffolk House, Jawi Peranakan chef, Nurilkarim Razha from Jawi House, as well as Johnson Wong from the ever-innovative, gēn, and Kim Hock Su from Penang’s favourite restaurant Au Jardin. Top this with a live band shaking things up in Canteen, a DJ setting the beats in Single & Vine, plus natural wines, craft beers, art installations, cocktails, mocktails and more. This is the party of the year! Be there, or be square.


Some things to note:

There will be 5 food stations serving a total of 9 dishes, 8 entree-sized savoury dishes plus cake for dessert. Each ticket holder will receive a redemption card at the door entitling them to one of each 9 dishes.

Please note that drinks are not included in the ticket price and can be ordered directly from ChinaHouse’s various bars.

9:45 PM        Last orders
10:00 PM      Food stations close

The bars, DJ and band will continue until 1:00 AM
