YAM Tengku Datin Paduka Setia Zatashah
binti Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah

YAM Tengku Zatashah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah is a social advocate in Malaysia. She is the Royal Patron for Make-A-Wish Malaysia and President of Alliance Francaise Kuala Lumpur. But she is best known for her environmental activism, specifically #sayno2plastic, #zerofoodwastage, beach clean-ups, dive clean-ups, coral replanting, tree planting and persuading local governments to invest in cleaning up plastic pollution. Tengku Zatashah was awarded ADEX Ocean Ambassador at ADEX Singapore 2019 for work. She sits on the board of Trustee to Selangor Youth Community (SAY), the Trustee on the Raja Muda Selangor Foundation for underprivileged children and the Trustee to the Food Bank Malaysia Foundation.

Richard Millar

Australian-born Richard has spent most of his culinary life working with international hotel group brands, including Ritz-Carlton, InterContinental and Marriott in Indonesia, Singapore, Fiji, Japan, China and Malaysia. Although classically trained in traditional European technique, Richard’s cooking is inspired by cultural exchanges and the many food artisans he has met. Richard is the culinary director of the W Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Wong Yin-How

Wong Yin-How has a law degree from the London School of Economics and is a qualified barrister with the Middle Temple in London. A true wine buff, in 2010, Yin-How became the first Asian recipient of the AXA Millésimes Scholarship, offering scholars hands-on vineyard experience. He is the founding secretary of the Sommeliers Association of Malaysia, the Vice-President of the International Wine and Food Society (Kuala Lumpur branch) and owner of various successful food and beverage concepts across the Klang Valley, including Vintry Cellars and Proof Pizza + Wine.

Lionel Lau

Lionel Lau is the managing director of Millennium Associates, a boutique corporate communications firm in Kuala Lumpur. But his first love is wine and spirits. With qualification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Lionel is a regular judge at wine competitions and the brand ambassador for The Glenlivet. In 2018 Lionel founded, an online ticketing platform specializing in food and beverage events.
